Q. What are my phone requirements for downloading?
A. You must have Texting and Internet Content Enabled. You will receive a text with a link to download the ringtone or wallpaper to your Phone.


Q. Do I need Internet access on my phone?
A. Yes, you will need to be able to download your Ringtone or Wallpaper from the internet once you receive a text with the link.


Q. I'm not receiving a text message for my Ringtone or Wallpaper download.
A. Please check to make sure your Carrier is on our List.


Q. I'm getting "Page not available" on my cell phone.
A. Please make sure you have Internet Access Enabled on your phone plan.


Q. My ringtone doesn't sound very good.
A. Many phones do not play Music Sound Files like a Midi Sound File that comes with the phone. This depends on the phone Make/Model.


Q. I can not hear the sample sounds when I click on the speaker icon.
A. Please make sure you have the Flash Plugin from Adobe.com.


Q. How can I find out what my phone model is?
A. The phone Make/Model should be on the outside of the phone, if not you can take off the battery and all your phone info should be there.


Q. Why hasn't my content download message arrived yet?
A. First make sure your Carrier is on the list, then make sure you texted according to our easy Steps on the homepage.


Q. My Carrier is not found on the Carrier list, can I still get ring tones?
A. You can try to text for a Ringtone or Wallpaper. Some phones and Carrier that are not on our list still work.
